St Loye’s Foundation Annual General Meeting

St Loye’s Foundation held its 78th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM was hosted by Foot Anstey and saw St Loye’s Foundation members, trustees and staff come together to discuss the future of the charity.
The CEO was delighted to report that over 1,700 clients were welcomed onto programmes and over 450 gained sustained employment, a 25% increase on job outcomes from the previous year.
The most significant event of the 2014-15 year was the formal merger between St Loye’s Foundation and Community Care Trust (CCT) which was completed on April 1st 2015.
Upon completion of the merger with CCT Dave Hodgetts was appointed as a Trustee for both CCT and St Loye’s Foundation boards.
In 2015, three other new Trustees were appointed to the St Loye’s Board, including: Peter McCann, Kim Challis and Anne Stenning.
The foundation has also seen other changes during the 2014-15 year such as the resignation of Christopher Knee from his position as Chief Executive and the appointment of Eilis Rainsford as the new Chief Executive of St Loye’s Foundation.
More recently the foundation also saw a management restructure when Charlotte Davies was appointed Director of Finance and Corporate Services and James Foss appointed Director of Operations.
