St Loye’s Foundation is a registered charity. We support disabled and disadvantaged people to transform their lives through a broad range of specialist services. Our website is managed and edited from St Loye’s Foundation’s Head Office at 51 Beaufort House, New North Road, Exeter, EX4 4EP.

The information we collect
If you contact us we will ask for your name and preferred contact information (such as email address, phone number or postal address). We may ask you for more information to assist you with your enquiry or the service we are providing.
If you subscribe to keep in touch with us, sign up to receive a newsletter or tell us you would like to receive updates about us, including news, events, volunteering and fundraising, we will ask for your name, email address, phone number and postal address so that we can send you communications that might interest you.
With regard to each of your visits to our site we may automatically collect the following information:

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
